  • What an amazing day on the reef with the staff and our fellow customers at Ningaloo Whale Shark Swim. Swimming with the whale sharks was incredible (as to be expected). An added bonus seeing whales breaching and putting a show on for us. Thanks to the staff on the boat. Super friendly, super informative and worked hard all day to ensure our experience was top notch. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Ningaloo Whale Shark Swim. Delicious lunch, team of absolute legends with huge personalities and a great boat. What more could we have asked for? 5 stars!!!

  • Very professional outfit. Did a humpback swim at the end of August 2017 and it surpassed expectations. Had a close encounter with a pair of whales. It's a very different experience to the whaleshark swim (did this the previous year with a different company that were also excellent). With the latter, we had multiple long swims with the sharks but the humpback swim was much shorter. The humpback swim was in very small groups (only five swimmers plus leader and photographer). You need to be confident swimming and snorkelling in the open ocean.

  • What a great day we had out on the Reef with Ningaloo Whaleshark Swim!! These guys really know their stuff and go out of their way to share their knowledge and their love of this beautiful place. We didn't get to see any Whalesharks but we weren't even disappointed because we saw loggerhead turtle, Humpback Whales and all manner of other amazing sea life. Thank you Ningaloo Whaleshark Swim for an amazing experience; one we won't soon forget!!

  • I couldn't give this experience anything but 5 stars. We had a tricky group, 3 kids, my 70yr old mum and my dad who has significant mobility issues. The staff went above and beyond to make our day amazing. Great with the kids, helped my mum keep up by dragging her through the water, and made sure my dad (who didn't swim) had a great day too. Swum with whale sharks 3x, saw humpbacks really close up, and had a fantastic snorkel on the reef on the way home. Thanks to them all for a top day!

  • Wow this was an amazing experience and the crew made the day amazing. While I highly enjoyed the day a few things are not quite as advertised . The boat was not very comfortable. I was sat with back against air cylinders most of the day. No hot beverage available. No afternoon tea Wetsuits were not offered but were available. Good quality fins and masks provided. Back on land at 3:00pm
