Went to take a look and left with less cash, but richer.
Really lovely art gallery. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed looking at the art and purchased several small prints to take home.
Outstanding quality of merchandise.
Oh my goodness, when in Alaska, one MUST VISIT the Alaska House Art Gallery! Yolande is the most excellent hostess and Ron will serenade you with his hot guitar jazz! The Native collection of carvings is astounding, and the jewelry, cards, mukluks, and more are wonderful. A MUST SEE IN FAIRBANKS!!!
The best place for traditional Alaska Native and contemporary art. I've been buying art here for 40 years!
