  • Very happy we stayed there, we went to meet with family. Sat by the pool while.kids played water was heated and very nice. Our room was clean and pretty and all was excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful! We might do it again soon.

  • If I could give half a star I would rate here as 2.5 stars because my experience with the accommodations were fine but my experience with the staff was terrible. I stayed here with the wedding party I came with and for starters it took forever to check in because they were not ready and were also speaking with people on the phone. I had even done the pre check in on my phone before arriving. Which, by the way, I was unaware that it would charge my credit card because it didn't say anywhere in the check in process that it would. I wanted to use my bank card to pay but was told once I got there by the man on the phone I couldn't change it. (I think the same thing happened to another guest because I overheard a man complaining at the front desk) So we finally get in the room and it is small, standard, seemingly clean. No frills. Fast forward to the next morning, the breakfast is minimal and slim and asking for the coffee and cream to be refilled seemed to annoy the girl working. We had gone to a breakfast at the diner next door and DID NOT CHECK OUT because we had a 3 to 4 hour drive home and wanted to use the bathroom right before leaving. As we walked back to the room they had thrown out the remaining items in our room and had started cleaning. The poor woman cleaning our room showed me a paper I would have to assume was given to her by management saying we had checked out. So when I went to the front desk to complain there was someone else there complaining about something.... And the girl just kept saying oh I apologize I will talk to the housekeeping staff. Clearly it wasn't her fault it was the staff at the front desks fault. I was so annoyed at the lack of responsibility added into my already unpleasant experience I just left. I wouldn't stay here again.

  • This hotel has been completely remodeled from what I understand. The room was clean, linens and towels were fresh. We chose this hotel because we were on a very tight schedule for a family funeral. We needed to check-in early and the website promised "Early check-in & late check-out - Stay at your pace". However, we were very disappointed to learn there was a $35 fee to check-in early. Still, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had a mini fridge, a hair dryer, an iron and a small ironing board (which was broken). The biggest problem with the room was the lack of outlets. With 2 cell phones and a laptop to charge, there was only one available outlet in the room. We had to unplug a lamp so we could charge both phones.

  • Room in the "other building" was the quality of a cheap motel, the the renovated boutique hotel with 4.5 stars we expected. Room door was right at the parking lot. People walk.g around outside throughout the night. Scuffed up walls, stained furniture and sheets, hair in the shower. It was a place to outdoor head and sleep, nothing more than that. The best part of the experience, was the foosball table I'm the lobby. We played several games on that. I spoken with other guests who stayed in the main, interior building r
