Ultrazone Laser Tag Reviews & Ratings
A good laser tag place - friendly staff and lots of fun! The theme of super heros is pretty cool as well. Biggest downside is that there are almost too many players put in a single game - the AC doesn't seem like it can keep up and the game area felt a bit crowded. Overall I would recommend checking it out but try to go at an "off" time.
This was fun till they didnt regulate the rowdy kids who basically took over the game and the space. If you enforce your own rules we all get to have a safe and fun time. Disappointed.
I really like this place. We've attended several family parties for the kids and always have a great time. The kids love the Lazer Tag. I would definitely throw a party there for the nieces and nephews!
First time here, loved the ambience of the place. The retro style. The staff were kind, patient, quite friendly and helpful. The Game Master who helped me, Rebecca, is very knowledgeable and helped me with informative explanations on lazer tag etiquette and safety. I appreciate her and the staff on hand for showing me the ropes. I have never had so much fun. Truly amazing experience. Will come again. It’s a great workout. 🔥
Laser tag was awesome but extremely rude customer service. They had only 2 employees there the entire Friday and it was a mess with no one really to fix broken games cos the only employees had to attend to customers and the laser room. Very poorly managed. The African American front desk lady was a nightmare and extremely rude, kept telling anyone who cared to listen that her sister just passed away and for someone who just lost a sister, you'd have thought she would be more compassionate with what the customers were dealing with-long wait times. She had to keep me waiting for quite a while and kept rolling her eyes at me when i informed her that some of the games were broken and we'd lost some money and time in the process. She never reimbursed us for the lost credits and cards, kept rolling her eyes at other customers if they reminded her that they'd been waiting a while and only came to open one of the games to loosen the blocked card slot-which still did not work- after keeping me waiting for over 35 mins. Broken games and no seats to sit on while waiting for the laser room to empty out is something you'd have to deal with in this place. Not to speak of the still broken AC. Bought an all day pass, my kids only got in 2ce cos the gym school nearby and some tech startup employees came in same time. What a nightmare! I'm not quite certain about all of the 5 star reviews. Are we all writing about the same place? People pls be honest! Terrible place!
