Started in the 15th century as a Romanesque Cathedral Church, Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela gradually got transformed into a Baroque pilgrimage site. It is mainly famous for its architectural style and hence a number of visitors visit this spot every year. The windows are designed in such a way that light can easily pass through those. It houses a nave in the oratory whose facade is lifted up to some height. Several large oil paintings can be seen in the interior walls of Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela those are framed with squared stucco.
