Stegastein Viewpoint Reviews & Ratings
This view is stunning! You can see so far down the fjord. The color of the water is a beautiful deep blue. There are cute sheep and goats around the area on the hills that add a charm to the Norwegian scene. We drove up the winding hills and stopped at a pull out area to take photos. The views are so amazing. Photos don't do it justice! This is a truly magical place in Norway that is worth stopping by if you have a car. This is a must see!
You have to be there! From beautiful views until you feel dizzy. The weather is not important, as long as it doesn't rain ... We recommend it!
Stunning. See for yourself and let me know if you disagree. In addition the toilets here have won awards for the best public toilets in the world and the view from them is amazing. The standard of the toilets could be better though
Beautiful view of the fjords down. Personally I think the view point on the below is more scenic than this one. This place can be bit crowded and might be hard to find a parking spot. Washrooms are there.
Must see! Very narrow road uphill. Be careful. After visiting this place you can continue over the mountains and experience amazing landscapes, snow in the summer if you are lucky.
