Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, Flagstaff Reviews
Fun way to spend the day! Mandatory training session before, as well as double clip system, ensures that a fun day in the trees is safe for everyone. There are five levels, as well as a kids course, with a place to come down between each one, but if you lose your nerve, the staff will help you down at any point in the course.
This place was AWESOME! If you have teens, this is the best thing to do in Arizona. It's an adventure that the entire family can share together. The course is created to get more difficult the farther you go so you may start out shaky but you will soon gain confidence in yourself as you progress until you find yourself about 70 feet off the ground in a tree looking down with no fear. Zip lines in the course get pretty long as well. The experience is challenging and fun. One last thing to add, this place is NOT Disneyland. If you expect the staff to hold your hand through the course then it's not for you. A group of preteen girls were in front of us and they were able to finish on their own. Don't expect to be babied. This course is for real.
Flagstaff Extreme is truly a fun experience and if you are ever in the area you definitely need to give it a try. No matter what your skill level is your almost guaranteed to smile the whole time (unless you're scared of heights). The employee's are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you have the best time possible. If you are staying in Flagstaff its about 5-10 min from the city proper and if your coming from Phoenix allow 2.5 hours.
The most fun I've had in years. My teen boys finished the course. No way in heck I could do the black course. What a challenge I thought I could do anything until that day. Great family fun
Just plain awesome! From the minute you walk in the door you can tell that their primary concern is your safety. The course is well maintained and very challenging. The staff is technically competent, helpful, encouraging, and super fun! Extra thanks to Jordan, Heather and Rachel. All three of them took such good care of us while we were there. SPACE PANTS! My wife and I did the entire course and it was one of the funnest things we've done in the Flagstaff area.
