The Ponte Santa Trìnita (Italian for Holy Trinity Bridge, named for the old temple in the closest extend of by means of de' Tornabuoni) is a Renaissance scaffold in Florence, Italy, crossing the Arno. The Ponte Santa Trìnita is the oldest among the arched bridges in the world, with the three leveled circles rendering the structure its commended classy manifestation. The outside compasses 29 m with the focal point compass being 32 m in extended length. The two neighbouring bridges adjacent to it are the Ponte Vecchio, to the east, and the Ponte allaCarraiaonto the west. The scaffold was built by the Florentine engineer named BartolomeoAmmanati during the years from 1567 to 1569. Its closely situated architecture is the similarly momentous Ponte Vecchio, which is regardedas a major connection in the medieval road arrangement of Florence. It had been bridged over at this site since the era of the thirteenth century. The wooden extension was cleared away in a surge seven years after the build and was remade in stone and decimated in a surge again in 1333.
- The extension of five curves developed by TaddeoGaddi was crushed in the surge of 1557, which enforced the Ammanati's shift. Four elaborate statues of the Seasons were made as additions to the scaffold in 1608. It was intended as a feature of the wedding festivals of Cosimo II de' Medici with Maria Magdalena of Austria.

Pretty neat bridge! And often less people than on ponte vecchio, so its easier to get across
Bridge with beautiful statues! This bridge pass over of the Arno river. There are two beautiful statues on both sides of the bridge. This one is close to the Ponte Vecchio.
A great bridge to see the sunset down river & view the Ponte Vecchio up river. This bridge is not as busy as the Ponte Vecchio but still has traffic crossing, one way for cars both for cycles. Lots of people come here in the evening for wedding photos & a few fashion shoots as well.
The bridge is parallel to Ponte Vecchio where you have a fine view above river Arno
This is the bridge adjacent to the famous Ponte Vecchio in Florence. It is much less crowded and offers the best views of the most famous bridge. There is also a fabulous gelato place located at one corner of the bridge.
