  • The place is run by teenagers and it really shows. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes in the heat, we had to wait another 30 minutes because someone dropped a deuce in the pool. After the pool was shocked, we were allowed back in. The slides were fine, but we were told, despite definitely being tall enough to ride, to go back to the entrance and get an "R" written on our wristband. This would have been helpful if it was verbally communicated when we bought our admission. We saw that there was a sign about the height requirement, but we only noticed it when walking out. Food was fine, kind of pricey. We had to evacuate the pool again because of another "incident" so we just left. In my opinion, on this day at least, not worth the cost of admission. The staff needs to be better trained and better enforce rubber pants on toddlers. I bet there will be far less "incidents". We won't be back.

  • It's a really nice place to go. The hospitality is good n have many lifeguards. The water is never to cold n my little one loves it! I enjoy it too. It's great for all ages. It has something for all of them. My downsides of it are sometimes it can be overcrowded and I think the prices are a bit steep.

  • Great family fun. Lots of activities. The life guards are well trained and make it a safe fun place.

  • A beautiful facility, but the experience was ruined... TWICE NOW.. due to the inability to control the running & jumping children into the pool area, on top of other patrons. Continued splashing and pushing and shoving. We were not the only paying patron disappointed by this. We visited different pool facility for our swimming experience, we may not return to Florence Family aquatic center.

  • Love this place. Sad it closes when school starts. No college lifeguards or maybe stay open on weekends??? Whatever happened to memorial day- labor day like when I use to lifeguard?
