Queens Botanical Garden Reviews & Ratings
Beautiful gardens with lots of colorful flowers. Nice landscape design elements, including a unique fountain, walkable rooftop garden, water features, and a variety of interesting garden areas with educational signage and seating to take it all in. Great place for an afternoon escape from the city. Enjoyable for all ages. Tip: Look at their calendar for fun, seasonal events!
Beautiful place! My family and I came to attend a beautiful orchid show. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The show was very informative and we learned proper care for orchids, including the reporting process. Will definitely return.
It's small but very cute and easy to get to. There's also parking which is nice. Apparently they do weddings here since there was a little section with an arch and seating. I specifically love the rose garden. I think this is nice to visit but it may not be worth it if you're not local.
Quant atmosphere but a bit of a let down given the size. If you’re looking for sprawling gardens and long trails, stick to the Brooklyn and Bronx Botanical Gardens. This one is more of a casual spot. Minus one star because there’s a lot of background noise from passing airplanes and street traffic.
My son is here for the Children's Summer Camp and it is amazing. He is always so excited and staff is soo sweet and nurturing. This Botanical Gardens is not very big but it's still very nice to visit and relax. Every time I pick up my son, he gives me a mini tour of the Gardens.
