  • I arrived early morning from Confins. I looking forward the airport are more classy than Neves since its a gateway for international flight but not. The area are small to a lot of people waiting for long connection. Theirs a food court to hang up and a charging station to used. A lots of signage which is helpful. But this airport looks old and need to upgrade.

  • After I had already checked in online, I had to wait for a very long time at the check-in counter for document verification. The staff were very slow, impolite and not helpful. Although I had booked business class, I was informed that there is no business class lounge at the airport. As compensation for the missing lounge, I asked for a voucher for a drink at the airport bar and was sent away without any voucher or anything at all, not even a "sorry". Then we had to wait for 45 minutes for the passport control to open for international passengers. Behind the security checks, there was only one single little shop with a very limited choice of food and drinks. What a miserable farewell to Brasil. This airport? The worst I've ever used. By all means, don't come here, if you can avoid this horrible place!

  • This is a decent, albeit smallish regional airport. The problem is that the city is in much need of an expanded airport and the expansion project has been on hold for at least three years, with the initial contractor fired. There are some good food options and souvenir shops. Plus, many of the local car rental agencies are represented. There is also a tourism info booth staffed by the local municipal administration. Finally, some local shops are available for a quick souvenir (including the local and delicious cashew nuts). To summarize, it has the features of a good airport when there is little movement. The true problems show up during peak season, when the airline booths are completely overcrowded with long lines.

  • Overall it's a good place, but the airport is smallish. This last time i was there the air conditioning wasn't working. Hint the airport needs to have a free WiFi open there, which almost all airports have.
