South China Sea Temple is located in Miaotou Village in the southern coast of China and was built in 990 ad. It is the largest building amongst the other four ancient temples of Sea God in China. The temple fair happens every year from 11th - 13th February, which attracts millions of people from all over. The temple was rebuilt during the Qing Dynasty and covers an area of 30,000 square meters. It is a symbol of prosperity and many merchants from across the world who stopped at the dock worshipped the Sea God for good luck and safety. Highlights and must see includes:
