The Fox Island Pier is a popular spot for fishing in Fox Island. It can be reached by taking the hundred plus steps to the beach or by venturing to the pier. Some parts of the facility are also suitable for camping. You can also enjoy watching the seals, porpoise and whales in the current of the river. Also, you can have a great view of the Twin bridges, Chambers Bay and Ketron Island from here.
Fox Island Fishing Pier Reviews & Ratings
Fox Island Fishing Pier is a nice quiet Pier that while we were there had only a single family fishing. There were fish jumping around the Pier and we saw a seal close by. The restrooms were clean, although the men's fawcett had no running water. The drinking fountain did, complete with a dog bowl underneath for any puppies that were thirsty. The dog waste bag dispenser was freshly stocked with disposing bags for waste. Beach access is a short walk from the parking lot down a paved ramp.
Thos was our first time there and it is a Great place to catch dogfish. Would have given 5 stars but no cleaning stations so you get 4. I would go again
Lots of jumpers but nothing big enough to keep. Best part... i had the pier all to myself
Beautiful place to visit. Very clean beach and nice walk!
The Best public pier in the state!!!
