South Whidbey State Park Reviews & Ratings
Nice trails and a beautiful view of the beach. The maps definitely don't show all there is to the trail system, but they all loop around and connect so you can't really get lost. It's clean and has a decent bathroom facility. Not the greatest park around but it does have some big trees, old growth forest, nice scenery, and lots of berries!
Peaceful place to take the whole family. Nice hiking trails views are breathtaking. Want to surround yourself by Nature? Then you should come here. Relax and enjoy God's beautiful work of art!
Nice short (~1 mile) hike through the woods (there are longer ones available but didn't walk them). Very kid friendly. So cool to see the old trees and appreciated the signs explaining the forest as we went through. Bummer that beach access is washed out.
Beautiful old-growth forest ❤️ Easy parking and fairly easy trails. Will definitely be back!
Should change the name to "Jet Engine Park" Great if you like the sound of fighter planes flying over all day long. Did I just pick a bad day, or is it always so annoying? I would tell anyone who wants a peaceful day to go somewhere else. Ridiculous noise pollution by irresponsible naval operations.
