  • Very nice rooms. Extremely polite staff all around except in Murray's deli. Very slow and inattentive servers and the staff looked like they did not want to be there. Other shops, bars, and restaurants were great on the properties. Really enjoyed the stay other than needing a reservation to do most anything besides a pool. Definitely need to plan way ahead all you want to do and watch the Atlantis Channel the first day/night as they show several things you would not find without watching it.

  • Staff were very accommodating especially the front desk. They addressed any problems we had and provided information when needed. We had an efficiency kitchen but it was limited in what we could do. If I had it do again I would get the one 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen. Meals are shockingly expensive so be prepared. I loved the view at The Reef. I was able to watch the sun come up every morning and listen to the sea lions from the Dolphin Cay which was behind the hotel. We were able to snorkel at the beach directly beside the hotel. A couple cons, we experienced the power seemed to go out late at night and early in the morning. This happened several times while we were there. The room and bathroom were beautiful but the bathroom could be very dangerous especially for seniors. When the floor is wet it is like walking on ice. Accident waiting to happen there. Overall a great experience!

  • We booked a quick trip to celebrate our anniversary and were very pleased with the room. It was spacious, clean, and the view was good from the balcony. Because it was such a short notice trip we didn't have much time to plan out our time while we were there and needed assistance once we got there. At no time during our stay was there ever a time the concierge desk ever had enough staff available to help everyone that needed help. However, the staff was polite and gave each guest their full attention and worked the hardest they could to make them happy once they got to them.

  • The reef at Atlantis was wonderful, would have been better if there was a restaurant within The reef itself. However the staff was excellent and Atlantis as a whole is a lot of fun with many good dining options. Didn’t like that we were not permitted to use the cove pool even though it was next to the reef and all part of the Atlantis complex, we booked 3 two bedroom suites and we were all adults so to be excluded from the cove was awkward to say the least

  • Super great hotel. The staff were very nice and attentive. They made more our stay so much more fun.
