Unexso Reviews & Ratings
My wife and I came here on our honeymoon. We took a carnival cruise October of 2018. The staff here was wonderful. From the boat driver to the dolphin trainer. As well as the store workers. They were more than happy to answer any questions we had about dolphins. They took an awesome idea and made it a more than memorable experience. I would love to go back. My recommendation: Buy the photos. You can always look back on it. It’s worth the investment.
We went on a snorkeling and dolphin encounter excursion on a carnival cruise. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure that everyone had a great time. I was hoping to have more of an interaction with the dolphins than just being able to pet one as it swam by, but other than that these guys did a great job! The views on this excursion were amazing!
Great experience with no regrets. The price was affordable, since I booked a snorkeling and close dolphin encounter. This is an activity that anyone at any age can enjoy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They made my mother, who was fearful of snorkeling, comfortable enough to get in the water.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Staff was WONDERFUL! So funny and sweet, made the dolphin experience that much more perfect. I hope Coral has an easy delivery and can't wait to see her new bundle of joy. Thank y'all for making my dream of interacting with a dolphin perfect.
Their sales department is lacking. I had bought a pair of cressi goggles from them to take on the dolphin encounter with my family. I had spend over 1k for goggles and the actual encounter. When on site I realized my goggles were leaking water. Upon inspection I noticed 2 of the plastic clasps were broken. When I tried exchanging for a pair that were not broken I was told they can't exchange my goggles because they had sold me the floor model and should have inspected them before buying. In the heat of the moment of giving my family the opportunity to swim with dolphins I did not examine them enough. I wouldn't think the sales team would sell the floor model that were not in safe and working order. Do not buy dive equipment from here. Horrible way to do business.
