  • Most awesome shark dive experience. Sharks very close, bumping into me, really cool, very entertaining. And, petting the sharks without gloves .... breath taking exhilarating experience to repeat. Be very careful of the short half-hour surface intervals. We Sometimes ran late leaving due to weather or waiting for cruise ship divers getting on the boat, then have to rush back from the morning 2 tank dive so they can make their afternoon dive on time.... so they shorten the standard one-hour surface interval to only 30 minutes. BE Careful! Make sure your health care covers bahamas and have cash or credit, as even with insurance the hospital and chamber tells you they do not accept insurance and you have to file for reimbursement. Nitrox would be helpful... and longer surface intervals, maybe a snack or fruit between dive would be helpful too. But the sharks experience was totally awesome!!

  • Went on a two tank dive with them chartered through Carnival Cruise Lines. Boat crew was professional and upbeat. All 4 of them held professional level certifications (Divemaster or higher) and were able to accommodate all skill levels and experience among all the other divers present. The dive site tour is guided so no need to worry about self-navigation or getting lost.

  • The Dophin Experience was AMAZING. The staff was friendly, and had a great sense of humor. Getting in the water with the dolphins was a surreal experience. The experience was well worth the money. The Private island where the dolphins are kept is pretty neat, there's parrots and other animals to see and feed there as well.

  • With hesitation we decided to dive on a shore escursion booked by carnival cruise line. To our surprise this operation far exceeded our expectations. The Dive master and captain were both very knowledgeable and show up most confidence when catering to us on our dives . Kudos to these ladies Shelly and Ingrid for a phenomenal experience , we look forward to the next opportunity to dive with y'all Thanks Danny & Stacey

  • Would NOT recommend the open ocean dolphin swim. Our family (of 8) paid $2000.00 to jump in the water with no scuba mask or equipment. The only equipment we were offered was fins. (Had we known ahead of time, we would have brought our own mask/snorkel). The boat only goes right outside the canal and they consider this "open ocean". The dolphin was amazing and obviously trained very well however our trainer acted as if we were a burden and wasting his time. There were 5 crew members on the boat; 1 trainer, 1 photographer (that drove the boat), a lady that we were told at the end was the captain, and 2 other employees that I have no idea why they were there. The entire crew/staff spent their time laughing at us and making fun of us in the water as this was our first time doing such an activity. Sad, just sad! This is my very first google review and I wrote this because I didn't want anyone else to pay all the money we did to be very disappointed!!! Would not and DO NOT recommend!
