The State Parish Field Park Reserve is a protected area at the south-western end of the Cassiglio plateau sprawling over an area of 667 ha. The place has sloping tracks, bumps as well as valleys and plain lands. The indigenous Beech and Spruce tree forests grow here in abundance and cover most of the area. There is also herbaceous shrubbery around the park. The park is rich in fauna. Mammals such as deer, fox, lynx, marten, weasel, and some rodents, birds such as cedar rooster, hawk, francolin, buzzard, owl and woodpeckers are found here.
