Fremantle Arts Center, Fremantle Reviews

  • Great atmosphere. Fremantle Arts Centre is one of my favourite places to visit. The exhibitions are interesting and many times I've been, they've surpassed my expectations. There is also a lovely cafe with a tasty selection of food - great place for coffee and conversation with friends. The gallery shop also has some nice local art I've also attended quite a few of the art courses and they are the best! If I had more time, I'd be there more often. They have a fantastic Christmas Art Market and I have to say, the best in Perth and I look forward to them every year. Don't take my word for it, if you're in the Freo, go check it out for yourself!

  • The Freo Arts Centre is a fabulous venue. We visited recently to see Julia and Angus Stone which was great. Only issue was the long wait for burgers and the variety of pizza ran out. Maybe need one more food vendor on a sell out event. Bar was quick. Definitely be back.

  • + The exhibition was impressive and the works were displayed in an organised way. There is also a beautiful garden with tables and chairs, a pleasant place to enjoy a coffee. - Things at the gift shop are ridiculously overpriced and staff at reception desk could use a smile once in a while.

  • Disappointing exhibitions set in small spaces, amazing building with limited public/gallery areas. The stock in the shop of the highest quality, well designed and inspirational.

  • The summer evening concerts are great fun, with a very friendly and happy atmosphere.
