  • Large bowl - almost the size of a small pot, of soup noodles. My wife & daughter couldn't finish due to the large portion. Nice, decent food on a cold spring day but, really nothing to shout about. The restaurant is housed in a rather interesting traditional Japanese building with small door.

  • Amazing food, huge portions, and great prices! Houtou noodles are a must-try food for visitors to the area around Mt. Fuji. This location has both traditional and Western seating. Great staff here too!

  • Awesome udon with fantastic broth served in a pot. Serving may be big to some. Beware the long wait times during peak hours. Horse sashimi is worth a try too

  • Delicious noodles served in miso broth with so much veggies, the most veggies we've had in Japan. The bowl (pot!) Is huge but oddly enough I didn't have a hard time finishing it (and I usually struggle finishing ramen bowls in Japan), probably because it's a lot of veggies and not just all noodles. Pricing is amazing considering the fact that it's right across from the station. Highly recommended!

  • A local cuisine that you cannot missed when you visit Kawaguchiko! A big bowl of ¥1,080 that you can enjoy alone or share with another person. You can walk from bus stop around 5 mins.
