Tourist can be occasionally confused when this park is recommended to them. It looks nothing more than an absolutely normal field where locals come to hang out, kids come to play and occasionally you can see people feeding pigeons or sleeping. But then you raise your eyes to the building next to the park... and it looks like a garden. That's exactly what it is. The ACROS building is one of the premiere examples of Eco architecture in Japan. The entire back side of the building as a terraced garden - 50,000 plants and trees of 120 species. During the day you can climb a set of 15 consecutive stairways to the observation deck on the top. While the climb is gruelling, the views are totally worth it. Plus there's a cafe there.
