  • In the heart of Galway is a pub called Tigh Neachtains. The food is good the range of beers, craft beers and spirits is very good, its a shame the staff feel like they are doing you a favour serving you. The decor is arty and interesting and ut is a historical building, see the plaque on the wall outside.

  • A grand little maze of books and crannies to enjoy your quality Guinness in. Lovely friendly staff, great atmosphere even when quiet, and lovely simple display of spirits behind the bar! Top quality bar.

  • A very nice old Galway pub . full of history and great selection of whiskey and craft beers

  • Best pub in Galway. Old, authentic, loads of Art and character. Hospitable. Good food. Loos not great.

  • Ducked in here to get out of the rain and grab a cup of coffee. Small place but plenty of places to sit inside. You definitely get your money's worth if you order an Irish coffee.
