Established in the 1950’s, the Deer Park (also known as Rustamji Park) is home to a number of species of Deer. The park is also home to other animals including the Himalayan Bear and Red Pandas.

The statue of Buddha preaching the Noble Truths in the park is believed to be in remembrance of the Deer Park located at Sarnath in Uttar Pradesh where Buddha gave his first sermon.

Take a walk at the park to see these beautiful creatures up close in their natural habitats. A must if you love animals!
