Very interesting museum. It's a combination of history, natural/botanical and engineering museum.
It is very interesting and it tells a lot of history
My children enjoyed our recent visit...just one encounter with a staff member in the basement with the giant sloth....Not knowing how to speak to the public.
Lovely place to take first time visitors to see. The environment is good one and you can take time to go through thoroughly. One thing I would like to see added is to have the building have air conditioned and as it is normally very hot. The addition of a few LEDs would add more to the ambiance.
This is a very good place to undestanding the Guyana's people and culture, you will found a little of everything about this blessed country. From animals, mineral resourses, archeology... as a family we enjoyed the visit..
