The Sainte-Flamine Chapel has been dedicated to Sainte-Flamine and was erected in the year 1870. The Chapel was built in neo-Romanesque style but was destroyed at the time of the Second World War and then later rebuilt on the same site in the year 1952. The Sainte-Flamine Chapel houses the statue of the Saint dating back to the 19th century while there’s also a fountain constructed in 1875. It remains concealed and is surmounted by a cross. The chapel was frequented by a lot of people as it was believed that following the rite of bathing here would cure the skin diseases. It is fascinating experience to visit the Chapel and know more about its history.
