International Wind- and Watermill Museum is a one of a kind museum. One of the most special ones in Europe, this museum is spread over an area of 16 hectares, and is open air! With a collection of 16 different mills from 12 various countries, the museum also houses artefacts which are archaic. The idea of the museum began in the year 1965, when it's (to be) founder discovered an old post mill still in working conditions. Intrigued, he arranged for replicas and set out on an adventure, which has led to this center. Enjoy the history, the stories and different types of mills displayed here.
