Chiesa Santa Maria Delle Grazie is a monumental Church that was designed by the renowned architect, Bartolomeo Grasso in an exceptionally beautiful neoclassical style and then consecrated in 1819. Later, it was flanked by two massive structures of speculation. It was enlarged and restored in 1964 and a new apse and the chapels of Madonna of Pompeii and the Blessed Sacrament were added. The interior of Chiesa Santa Maria Delle Grazie on this day preserves the works that were present prior to the building’s construction including a pair of angles that date back to the fourteenth century.
