Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, Glasgow Reviews

  • The way that the park is managed is great. Real efforts are made to integrate access routes into some of the most beautiful countryside in the Trossachs. There is really something for everyone, whether that's a stroll of a mile or two or doing the whole Rob Roy way there will be something for you. The local services in terms of shopping, eating, bike hire and accommodation are all increasingly geared up towards the needs of visitors and you can expect good service and quality in the places you visit.

  • It was an exciting weekend exploring the forest. Searching for wildlife, taking a trip to Doon hill, (which I recommend), and an exhilarating time at Go ape!

  • Love going here with my family. Plenty of walks both short and long; easy and more difficult. Lots for children to explore with great views as well.

  • Many great walks throughout the park but best be tick aware and give everyone a good check over when you get home, I just removed four from my three year old son and my wife removed three from me.

  • Fantastic place lots to see and do. Amazing walks and views
