Tribeca Cafe Bar, Glasgow Reviews
I will been to a TriBeCa before but in south Glasgow. First visit to this location. Staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Clean and nicely decorated, it does have a NYC feel. A big varied menu and positions are definitely in line with the American theme. A few things that disappoint are the frozen hash browns... Americans would not be impressed! And more streaky bacon if you want to be authentic. That being said I didn't see anyone disappointed and the only reason food was left was because everyone was stuffed! I would go back and I do recommend
Visited with "wowcher"! Excellent and fast service. We were there for brunch - there was basically one vegetarian option but it was absolutely amazing. Huge portion and delicious. Husband had waffles and bacon with maple syrup which he thoroughly enjoyed too. Food made to order. Would go back for same again or to sample the rest of the menu.
I'm sitting in TriBeCa now as I write this review. This is my first time here. I had the Manhattan breakfast and although a very nice sized portion, it wasn't hot at all. Best thing was my cappuccino, that was hot. Waitresses were polite and friendly.
Was looking for somewhere new to have lunch and a friend recommended TriBeCa. If you like American style food then this place ticks all the boxes. The menu is rammed with loads of great choices, the food came really quickly, the portions were more than generous with everything cooked to perfection and the service was top drawer! I can’t speak highly enough about my visit to TriBeCa today and am already looking forward to going back.
Probably the wrong place to get the veggie option but I had the Broadway Burger. It was well presented but the patty was similar in taste and texture to one of the McDonald's veggie burgers, which was a bit disappointing for £9.95. Fries were great. My daughter had the (very generous portion) hotdog off the kids menu, which she loved. Other customers food looked great and service was very prompt and friendly, just might not be the best place for a veggie.
