Gnadenhutten Historical Society houses the Gnadenhutten Historical Park in which the Gnadenhutten Museum and settlement are located. The society provides its visitors' insights about the city’s history and the 1782 event which killed over 90 Indians. The society also houses a 35-foot memorial commemorating the people killed in the tragic event.

  • Looking for info on “Swim rock” near Gnadenhutten. Located near a river with a cliff/ overhang. Giant glacial boulder. My genealogy states that it was a Swaim family farm. Any info would be appreciated. Would love to visit and find it. Thanks
