Pilgrims visit this beach as it is closest to the temple resulting in it being crowded most of the time. The waters here are not suitable for bathing but it’s still a nice place to visit.

Gokarna Beach, Gokarna Reviews
Good beach in Gokarna. Bit clean compared to other commercial beaches in Gokarna There is even a nice park for kids to play. The other side of the beach is full of scenic beauty with greenish mountains. The sunset view will be awesome to watch. Crowd will be less when compared to other beaches in gokarna. Though there is less crowd there is warning sign of how many people died in past years. Nice Place to Spend time with family and friends. Perfect Place for Photographers during full moon Day. Finally a great place to spend your weekends in a great way
One of the many beaches in Gokarna. The tourism Dept could have maintained it in a much better way. The plus point is that, there is a proper parking lot just close by. Other than that, there is nothing much to talk about. This is just a stone's through away distance from the Temple. If my review is useful, click on "Like" below.
Divine place to visit in evening, the water here is clean and warm but the sand is cold. The experience is fine only when visited during weekdays since there's no crowd. Shacks here aren't good for Indian food. Good if you like French or Italian cuisine.
Good beach. Bit clean compared to other commercial beaches in Gokarna. There is a beautiful park for kids to play. The other side of the beach is full of scenic beauty with lush green mountains. The sunset is very beautiful to watch if the sky is clear. There will be less crowd compared to other beach. But when we visited at that time no bathing facility available.
Its a beautiful place to have fun with family or you are in a relationship, then its amazing place to spend time. Best time to visit is all throughout the year, and best is in November to January. Rooms are easily available near the beach, at nominal price. You can spend completely 1day to visit all the beaches. Finally a great place to spend your weekends in a great way.
