  • So there are a lot of shacks here. Literally lined up! But I suppose this is only during the season! November - January. The water is amazing. Clean and sand is good. There is a place to play volleyball too!

  • This is my go to place for peace. Get a room on the beach side, get out and chill on the beach or enjoy your drink on any of the shacks. Night time is amazingly peaceful and you can sleep on the beach if you like. Time moves slowly and you can sit back and relax.

  • This is a great beach to be if you enjoy solitude and want to avoid the crowds that throng the beaches at Goa. In the weekends you have more people come in and gets a tad bit crowded but stay back for the weekdays and you won't regret it.... There are plenty of beach shacks where you can grab a bite and spend your time. The water is great to jump in and in the evening the beach comes alive with people playing Frisbee etc.. Go ahead enjoy the beach...

  • It's still a nice place to chill out from traveling and adventures in India. Of course it has changed in the last 10 years and it's no longer a hippie beach. Nowadays it's crowded mainly by tourists from India and short term tourists. U still can find cheap places to stay. Food is more expensive than in gokarna. I recommend garden cafe at the beginning of the beach. Looks pretty simple, but has an an awesome cooking crew who make fresh and delicious food.

  • Beautiful beach. Not crowded. Plenty of shacks. Best place to settle down from where you can access all other beaches in Gokarna. Only issue out there is lots of cows and bulls simply roam around the place
