  • I've stayed here many times when traveling, and ended up sticking around a few days several times, just because it such a nice park in a lovely place. Clean, spacious campground, with level, spacious sites. While the freeway is nearby, the sounds turn into a background of light white noise, covered by a breeze in the trees or the rush of the river, though the fact that we were here in a travel trailer may have some bearing.

  • Only stayed one night. Very convenient directly off the highway. Stayed in a trailer, so the noise of the freeway wasn't bothersome. Very clean place to stay, GREAT price. Loved that the State Park had full hookups. Would stay here again.

  • Great place for camping, or to park your Mobile Palace. Up to 35'. With a few exceptions. :). Also a fine rest stop

  • For camping in tents , rv's , or just day use or boat launch this place is pretty good. Stayed two weeks in tent and had absolutely no problems. Meet a few people here. Has all necessary amenities. Close to town and right on the Rogue River. Excellent fishing. My only setback was the local fires. 1 week of smoke out. The last week was friggin awesome weather.

  • Great time, all camp hosts and state employees were very friendly and fun to talk to. I would have given 5 stars except for camp host Dennis in site D36. Make sure that your dog doesn't pee on his grass(state owned?). He came out and cussed at my 78 year old dad and me while we were talking and our dogs peed on a sign post that was along the bike path behind his site. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and we were there for 7 nights.
