The Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge at 8th Ave North in downtown Golden is a bridge that spans over the Kicking Horse River. This 46-meter (151 feet) bridge is the longest freestanding timber frame bridge in Canada and one of the top tourist attractions in Golden. Made from the Douglas-fir timbers, this bridge also has a trail that intersects the walking trail that circles around the town.
