Universeum, Gothenburg Reviews - Write a Review
Great place for a family day out. Perfect for when it's raining. The place is quite big and it will take well over three hours to see it all. The kids were kept interested in every thing that was displayed. Every different section had a perfect transition into the next and all exhibits had descriptions both in Swedish and in English. If you have children, you might want to allocate some extra time for the play area on level 0 because you won't get them out of there quickly. There are also toilets on every floor and restaurants throughout (although the only one that was open when we went was on the ground floor). The lockers and coat hangers are at the first level below ground at 10kr each, so make sure you have coins.
Fantastic for children. Plenty of animals, science practicals and more. Also an aquarium! Just wonderful!
This is a great place for the young and old There was alot to see enjoyed it very much also. A great place for an indoor activity incase the weather is not so good.
The ocean and rainforest exhibitions are highly recommended. There is enough to see for at least half a day. Many beautiful animals and detailed environments. The other exhibitions are more or less average - the space exhibition being a bit underwhelming. The burger bar on the roof terrace is reasonably priced and offers a nice view around the area.
If you are in Gutenberg you just have to go there. Something for kids and adult as well. Rain forest, animals, games, sport, cosmos.
