La Source De L'avy Riviere is situated right bank of the Mosson and is the main source of Grabels present on the left bank. The source of Avy is also referred to as the "chasm of the Dragon" because of a fascinating legend associated to it. According to the legend, the dragons come out during the night and then take away the girls that are too curious or disobedient. La Source De L'avy Riviere flows during some part of the year in the pine forest before flowing down nearly 200 metres from its source to Mosson. The place is exceptionally beautiful and there’s even a hiking circuit where you can enjoy a great hiking.
