Celaque National Park - Review
Spread across a huge area of 266.31 kilometres, Celaque National Park is the best place for madcaps looking for an adventure. This national park includes the highest peak in Honduras called Pico Celaque which stands tall at a height of 9,416 feet. You will see groups scaling the rugged mountain to reach its peak. The park has many other trails that are good for a moderate hike. Having a rich biodiversity, you will come across a wide variety of flora and fauna as you walk along the trails. Since the park is home to many rare wild species, it is also a point of study for many. Lush greenery and dense forest make this a park a serene landscape. You can also go camping at the many spots available in the park. There is also a visitor’s center as you enter the park which provides you thorough information about the place. Celaque National Park, Gracias Reviews
A beautiful park, only did the short tour. But one can do the full 3 day trek and camping with a guide. I hear its amazing. Will try it next time.
The zipline was one of the beat adventures that I have ever had. If you like adrenaline this is good place.
Excellent for a long power walk
Awesome. You could enjoy it with your family!
Very gorgeous park. While you can summit to the top of the mountain, I wasn't able to. My friends have and it's a fun experience. Down near the entrance is a beautiful bird lookout. The river runs through the park as well. I will return next time I'm in the area.
