  • We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palacios de Santa Ines. The hotel is situated in an old roman building. It has a good feel about it, we often sit in the courtyard after a long day out to enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The hotel staff is efficient and helpful. It has everything we need to make our stay and visit to Granada enjoyable. The gentleman at the reception helped us to secure tickets to Alhambra and visit to the palace, which we otherwise won't have been able to do as we were having great difficulty securing tickets. The room is quite small but there is a mezzanine floor which gives us the space to relax and read in the comfortable armchair. There is ironing facility available upon request. This proves to be very helpful to us. We also enjoyed the breakfast. There is a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel also offers afternoon tea to their guests which is a very nice gesture, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Location wise, apart from the few steps from the street we have to navigate, it is convenient to restaurants, shops and popular historical sites. We would gladly recommend it to our friends to stay at this hotel.

  • What a great atmosphere in this lovely hotel. We were so pleased with the convenient location and historic nature of the hotel. It was an easy taxi ride from the car park and once we knew the direction, we walked on the return trip. the staff was all very friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch that the desk staff spoke English, even though we do not expect that in other countries. all other staff greeted us as we walked by. The room was excellent and perfect for a family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  • This hotel is situated very conveniently for the Alhambra, the Albaicin and the city centre either for walking or catching a bus. The staff were very helpful and facilities were very good. The remarkable architecture and building design transported one's self back a few centuries and provided a most relaxing atmosphere. The breakfasts could have kept one going all day due to their comprehensive choices and superior quality. The free coffee & cake in the afternoon were indeed a luxury.

  • My wife and I loved this hotel, it is centrally located to a variety of shopping, restaurants and the Alhambra. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they even found us tickets to the Alhambra and made sure our taxi was there to pick us up to take us to the airport when we left. The room was nice, I didn't like the mattress on the bed but that is my only complaint.

  • Wonderful hotel in a great location. Ania and Anna on reception were both so helpful and friendly at all times and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.
