Best time to visit the Grand Canyon national park is summer that is from June to August.

Grand Canyon experiences fluctuating weather in every season. It’s seasons calendar is somewhat like this:-

• Spring (March to May) – The temperature stays around 70 degree Fahrenheit. The weather is pleasant in the South and the North Rims. However, because of differing altitudes the temperature sometimes fluctuates drastically.
• Summer (June to August) – The climate is at its peak during this season. Most of the days remains sunny with temperature ranging between 40 and 85 degree Fahrenheit. However, you cannot feel the scorching heat because of the constant breeze. Heavy rainfall happens in the month of July but not for a long time.
• Autumn (September to November) – The temperature in this season stays around mid 20 to mid 70 degree Fahrenheit. The weather becomes quite pleasant, making it comfortable for visitors to travel around the Park.
• Winter (December to February) – With extreme temperatures of around mid -40 degree Fahrenheit, Grand Canyon experiences the most peaceful season of the year. Due to thick snow of around 200 inches, most of the trails in North Rim get closed. However, some of the trails in South Rim do remain open.
