Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters Reviews & Ratings

  • I booked a helicopter ride but had to cancel when they had issues and I lost my nerve to go up. They immediately refunded 100 percent of my money. I would like to give them 5 stars, but I really didn't experience the helicopter ride, just the customer service, so that is why I gave them 3 stars. Maybe one day I will be able to revisit and give them the other 2 stars to make 5 !

  • We loved our helicopter ride. It was simply breathtaking! Our pilot Bob was great as well. Unfortunately, they were an hour behind schedule and the waiting room did not have enough seating. I know the big expense is for the helicopter but these are high paying customers. Having enough seating, offering drinks, giving proper time lines would be an improvement.

  • Since I had no time for a hike inside the Grand Canyon National Park, I’ve booked an airplane tour to fly over it. I’ve booked online, when I was still in Phoenix and everything went smooth. The airplanes are equipped with extra large windows for the best view on the landscape. Compared to the helicopter, the airplane covers more of the park and the view should be better. Moreover, it’s a bit cheaper. It's amazing, what you see from the birds view.

  • Absolutely outstanding experience. Wife and daughter sat in the front seats. Pilot was informative and entertaining. Took the 45 minute tour and it was nearly perfect. Highly recommend to anyone.

  • Fantastic experience. Second flight for my kid, first he'll remember. Well worth the money and the best way to see the canyon.
