The Association Des Amis Des Anes A.d.a.d.a is a philanthropic association that fights against the ill-treatment and abandonment of donkeys while nurturing the rescued ones in their national refuge. With around 325 donkeys, hinnies and mules, the association identifies, vaccinates, trains and castrates (males) the animals so that they can lead a peaceful life. The donkeys are also open for adoption to the people who can take good care of them. There are 36 meadows within the seventy hectares of the area where you can watch the animals grazing and roaming about freely. The Montel at Association Des Amis Des Anes A.d.a.d.a acts as a nursery where the newborn kids and the pregnant animals are cared for.
