Right in the middle of Graz city, hidden away, is this lovely Renaissance courtyard. It looks like a slice of Venice was hidden away in the city by the architect, Domenico dell'Aglio. The building that surrounds the courtyard houses the local parliament. People usually just accidentally stumble across the building and stand there gaping at:

  • Arcades on all three floors
  • 16th century gargoyles
  • The mannerist bronze fountain
  • The lovely Baroque furnishings and stucco ceilings
  • The armoury
  • The chapel

  • Well prepared and excellent service, I had the mussels bowl and it was a bit overcooked (could tell because seafood gets tough when this happens) and much too salty. Pumpkin soup also was salty and too much nutmeg? My wife had the stuffed bell pepper, a bit bland. The atmosphere is nice but doesn’t match the food. Maybe other dishes are better?

  • Landhauskeller almost always has a vegan dish on their menu which is a huge plus! I had the vegan moussaka and it was surely good but was still lacking that something. Maybe a bit more spicy would be great?! I hope that they will have the vegan lasagna on the menu again. Would also be great if they would have a vegan starter and a dessert. The seating outside is very cosy, the staff friendly and prices are higher but okay for what you get.

  • Super! delicious food and wine. Excellent service. Try the Wiener schnitzel.😊

  • Excellent Food - not for every day. Premium offers

  • By far one of the best meals I've had in my life with amazing service. Definitely will be coming back.
