Your little ones will be happy and excited at the same time, once you take them to check out the Ross Park Carousel. This wonderful ride gets considered as a historic one as it was created in the year 1920. The carousel is large, and you can find 60 colorful horses attached to it. All the horses of this carousel are known as jumpers. Two chariots can also be found attached to the Ross Park Carousel. In the year 1992, the carousel made it to the list of National Register of Historic Places.

Ross Park Carousel Reviews & Ratings
Drove from Scranton because the website says it's open. Started walking towards the open gate when a guy starts screaming to get out of here the zoo is closed. No sign saying closed. The other side of the park with the education center was open. The zoo and carousel was closed. Wasted 3 hours of our day on the trip. Website still says it's open.
Was a lot of fun.
