The Parc Paul Mistral: This large park in the city centre includes a roller skating rink where people often play hockey and sprawling lawns and peaceful tree lined avenues. In the middle of the park you will see the tower Perret which was built in 1925 and looks a lot like Dr. Who’s sonic screwdriver and the Tower of Mordor when illuminated at night.
The Bastille Hill: The Bastille Hill is an ancient sequence of fortifications which overlooks Grenoble. You can get to the series by cable car or enjoy a mild, forty minute hike.
