El Parian - Review
If you are looking to experience an authentic Mexican fiesta or see a bit of Mexican culture, then El Parian is where you should go. It is a happening square right in the center of Tlaquepaque, a suburb made famous by its arts and crafts. El Parian is filled with some of the best authentic Mexican restaurants, bars with live music and has ample shops. The lively square makes for a superb night out and even during the day it’s a fun place to visit. El Parian also has museums, art galleries and antique shops to visit. Take a stroll around the square to enjoy window shopping while drinking Tequila or listening to a live mariachi band.

El Parian, Guadalajara Reviews
Bad service! Charged for extra drinks. Rude waiters. Food was not that great.
The place every day has a show with mariachis and you can eat and watch the show, the drinks without good and the decor of the place is very nice why it is semi open, it is very beautiful!
well known by everyone, but the plaza de los mariachis itself hosts several restaurants offering almost exactly the same on their menus. Be ready to spend a good time in their patio listening to different bands of mariachis coming through. The house drink here is Cazuela which is made of clay, they put ice, key limes, salt, orange, grapefruit and grenadine and then you fill it on the side with tequila. people use straws.
The Good: Its a very nice place to visit while you’re at Tlaquepaque. Traditional. The bad: The food is average i would recommend to go to another place. The bad: if you want to see the show they will tell you that the min consumption is a 200 pesos beverage. For my taste is just soda with limes and oranges. And they will charge you some weird tip. BE CAREFUL to check the bill. Combo braker: buy a beer a see the show standing
We got the 4 person seafood plate. It was ok, average @ best. The waiter was not very attentive but did suggest the amazing drink. It was called "Casuela". I had 2 and could have had another, that was delish
