The Dongmen Commercial Pedestrian Street is supposedly the premier shopping retreat on Shenzhen running for over three-hundred years. This shopping center has been providing the local and foreign customers with great quality goods at reasonable price. The area is sprawled with labyrinthine streets and buildings – during the weekends, the streets are filled with customers hankering for their choice of goods. It is better to visit the Dongmen Commercial Pedestrian Street during the weekdays and that too, as early as possible so that the better goods are not sold out. The shops are mostly opened in between 10-11 am and are closed at 9 pm to 11 pm approximately. Apart from clothing, you will find jewelry, bags, shoes, comic books, musical instruments, hair-care products, and paintings.
