The Pestera Romanesti or the Romanian Cave in the Timis County lies on the Farasesti valley beneath the Poiana Rusca Mountains. Within its developmental length of 1450 metres, the caves are arranged in three levels and falls under the category of Middle Cave Structure. The N-NV oriented main entrance rises two metres with the width of 9.5 meters. Diffused lighting within seventy metres of length inside the cave helps the visitors access it properly. A moist atmosphere and a wild smell is prevalent inside Pestera Romanesti owing to the walls covered with algae and the colony of bats living permanently at the Bats Hall. The main rooms of the cave are used for holding concerts and acoustics.
