About Kingdom Of Dreams, Gurgaon

Widely regarded as India’s only live entertainment, leisure destination, Kingdom of Dreams is insanely fun. The entertainment destination has been fully operational since September 18th, 2010 after being inaugurated on January 29th, 2010.

The culture and cuisine sections are integral parts of the entire experience, thereby becoming among the largest attractions in the city.

  • The Nautanki Mahal: It is an 800+ seat auditorium that is designed to replicate the look of a palace and hosts various Indian and International productions.
  • Showsaa Theatre: It is a 350-seat amphitheatre replete with a soaring tent. Most productions based on Indian mythology are staged here.

If the centre wasn’t spectacular enough, Shah Rukh Khan signed up as the brand ambassador for Kingdom of Dreams in 2010. Other celebrities, including Oscar winner AR Rahman performed the official theme song of the Commonwealth Games at the complex to a packed audience.

Kingdom Of Dreams, Gurgaon Reviews

  • A place worth visiting at least once. All the buildings and structures are mesmerising. The culture gully is an experience in its own. The artificial sky, different cities, and cultures are all very realistic. Apart from the beauty, you can enjoy their fantastic shows too. The staff is also humble and friendly. The food and everything else here is overpriced. I visited on Sunday. So, it was overcrowded and the washrooms were also not clean, which was a big turn off. Still, I would consider it one of the best weekend getaways and surely visit again sometime.

  • nice place I visited here around 1 year ago. there r good theatres in there it has an artificial sky but it looks like real. you can buy any type of jewellery here, you can eat any type of food/snacks over here. from outside it looks golden in color. you can make real tattoos here. it looks like a real kingdom from inside but its artificial. they have a train coach in there which is turned into a shop. It is a nice place. I recommend a visit here.

  • It's a nice place for first time visit. Average food and everything is expensive. They run 2-3 drama and music shows which are okay to watch for the first time. Staff is not very customer friendly. Situated at a convenient location there are ample places nearby. One can have nice food and beverages in sector 29, Gurgaon or can hangout in leisure valley. Prefer going via a cab as you may not find parking nearby.

  • I had heard about Kingdom of Dreams several times and decided to visit it with my family. We went there in our car but this place is easily accessible by Delhi Metro as well. There is ample parking space available for the convenience of visitors. One needs to spare at least two to three hours if one has to thoroughly enjoy the Culture Gully. Entering and staying there is a unique experience. You happen to see such imaginative and innovative decor that you will have praise it every moment. Indeed a vow place. There are numerous state halls with a local theme. The presentation is all that makes the difference. Each state hall also has an eating outlet. The food stuff sold here is of decent quality. The worst part is that it is very expensive. Visiting Kingdom of Dreams with family is , however, an expensive affair. So carry good amount of cash with you and also be prepared to spend it. Nit only the eateries are expensive different articles on sale at state halls are also very costly. I liked some mugs but decided not to buy them just for the cost. Still this is a good place to go with the family at least for once. KoD also organises culture shows for which one has to buy tickets separately. If you wish to visit the Culture Gully and watch the show as well then be prepared to shell out a good amount if money and time as well. I give full marks to Kingdom of Dreams fir their idea and presentation. But should all good things be so expensive and unaffordable?? This is certainly a better place to spend your time than a mall. Also, I wish if similar places could be established in other states of India too!!

  • A lovely place to visit, so delicious food at affordable rates. And damn the place is full of surprises and cool places to click photos... 500 entry fee which you can spend upon food and things, that 500 is fix and whether you eat or not that will be minimum charges for entering so yeah spend it all 😉 And yep plenty of photos can be taken, the place is full of places to take photos. It looks like a wizard world. Thanks to the maker 😉
