About Venetian Glass Museum, Hakone
You will be welcomed to this museum that looks like a European villa, by a forest of glass trees. And if that did not leave you awestruck yet, the inside of the museum will surely have the desired effect on you. There are 500 antique pieces of Venetian Glass, out of which 100 are always on display. Along with vintage pieces from the 15th -18th centuries, there are modern pieces that use the antique glass. The best thing about the museum is that they organise glass-making classes, which will give you a better understanding of the process how these beautiful creations are made. Visitors even have the option to borrow masks and cloaks to feel more at Venice while admiring the exquisite craftsmaship.

Venetian Glass Museum, Hakone Reviews
Takes about 30 minutes to finish everything. The place is mainly focused on the entrance's "glass tunnel". Great environment with gorgeous view of autumn leaves. Great attraction for couples and families. Moreover, they also provide free locker space at the entrance, so you could comfortably enjoy the place. However, if you are taking the local bus, please check the timetable carefully. Sometimes, if the bus was too crowded, you will need to think for an alternative way.
Very special place. Open air exhibits are "must see", it is already worth the entrance fees. If you show your Hakone Tourist Free pass you do get a discount on entrance ticket. If you want a rest after a long walk, visit a small food and drink store in the garden, best pastry I have ever had.
Impressive historical pieces, sweet layout with sparkling trees everywhere. Serene surroundings. I very much enjoyed my visit.
This was a great European style exhibit space with very crafted glass blower artists in Hakone. Great value for the spend and the glass creations in the gift shop are also amazing price. The cafe is too busy for its own good. They need 2x the seating capacity.
Pretty sparkling/gleaming things everywhere; lovely gift shop, candy store and Italian restaurant all on site.
