Rochdale Canal spreads over 51 kilometers and runs between the Pennines in Manchester to Sowerby Bridge. This historic canal is being used for leisure boating today. Some areas around the canal are dotted with well-maintained gardens and offer well-maintained trails for walking. Though it is not a popular tourist attraction yet, you can visit this canal if you are in the neighbourhood.
