Hamilton Tourism
Hamilton is a paradox of sorts: all buffed from the outside yet with a warm, loving heart on the inside. This underdog of Canada has finally emerged from its reputation of being primarily an industrial hub with no soul or personality; and boy has it proved its naysayers wrong! If you look beyond the steel and smoke, you will see a city hiding a wealth of natural beauty and sweeping views. Hamilton has preserved its proud cultural vibrancy and heritage in attractions like the Warplane Museum, Dundurn Castle and HMCS Haida. On the one hand, you will be dizzy with the beauty of the mellifluous waterfalls that dance gaily in and around Hamilton and on the other, prepare to be pleasantly surprised with the entertainment that this vibrant city has to offer.
If you’re a hiking enthusiast, the stupendously beautiful Bruce Trail connects to Hamilton and offers brilliant opportunities to explore the surrounding areas that are blessed with natural glories. The Niagara Escarpment is a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, complete with gorgeous trails and gushing waterfalls, this area is where nature runs amok.
Hamilton changes its colors for every kind of visitor; this iridescent town is waiting to be explored and offers something for every mood; from merry to morose.
